The Moab Information Center, also known as the MIC, is celebrating its 20-year anniversary on June 15. The multi-agency center, managed and staffed by Canyonlands Natural History Association, in partnership with the National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, National Forest Service and Grand County. The MIC has been used as a model for other information centers, not only in the United States, but also around the world. Jan Manne ‘ (left) and Peggy McNeil (right) have worked at the MIC the longest of all the employees. Manne’ has been providing information for 19 years; McNeil for 18 years.
