Every runner received a congratulation crossing the finish line at the Red Hot 55K & 33K. This is the first time Lauren Ikerd of Logan has run the Red Hot. She did the 33K this year. “Maybe I’ll do the 55K next year,” she said. There were 814 runners registered for this year’s trail run northwest of Moab that begun at the Gemini Bridges trailhead and ended at the Poison Spider trailhead. [Kristin Millis/ Moab Sun News]
