August 8, 1947 – April 19, 2025

Mary Ann Wiler, aka MAW, was born to Slim Wiler and Grace Marie Wiler on August 8, 1947. She was truly a woman of faith in our Lord Jesus Christ—Mary Ann led a simple life but there was nothing simple about her.

Everything about her from her love of Jesus Christ, her church family, and many local friends, was undeniable. She was steadfast and kind and could outwork anyone. She was motivated by serving others and learning all about the Truth, our one True Lord and Savior.

Mary Ann walked every morning for the past several decades praying for her community. As she became weaker, her biggest regrets were not being able to prayer-walk and not being able to attend church in person. Jesus Christ and her church family have always been her greatest loves.

She is missed indeed but just like in all her life, she won the race and spread the word. Her testimony
will live on in those she witnessed to. Well done, my good and faithful friend.

Mary is proceeded in death by her mother, Grace Marie Myers; her father, Slim Wiler; brother, William
Waldo Wiler; nephew, Jimmy Wiler; and aunt, Barbara Burck Cathey.

She is survived by her sister-in-law, Verna Wiler; nephew, Michael Wiler; and cousins, Jeff Cathey, Cindy Cathey Cowan, Hugh Clay Cathey and Dolores Cathey Jochim.

A celebration of life will be scheduled and announced in the near future. God bless each and every one of you.
