Grand County High School seniors, Ridge Murdock and Mercedes Larsen (left to right), were recognized at the Career and Technical Education Scholarship Banquet held at Salt Lake Community College on April 23. Larsen received full tuition for one year at Dixie State University where she plans to study business and education. Murdock received full tuition for one year at Salt Lake Community College where he plans to study animation. Both students have already gained skills and experience related to their fields as part of the high school’s CTE offerings.
