The Canyonlands Half Marathon registration was held at the Center Street Gym on Friday, March 15, with the race held on Saturday morning. According to the event’s organizers, the first Canyonlands Half Marathon was on May 1, 1976, and had just 22 finishers, including a dog; now, thousands of runners come to Moab to participate in the event.
