Devin St. Clair, 27, passed away on Jan. 25 at his home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, Feb. 8, at Spanish Valley Mortuary at 11 a.m. A viewing will be held on Thursday, Feb. 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Spanish Valley Mortuary and one hour prior to the service on Friday.
