The Utah Department of Transportation’s Aeronautics Division recently named Grand County Airport Manager Judd Hill (pointing) as its “Airport Manager of the Year.” He will be recognized at the Utah Airport Operators Association conference in March. Hill is pictured speaking with Henry Sanchez of Nelco Contractors Inc. about work on the foundation of an expanded terminal at the airport, where construction crews began work this month to upgrade the facility’s runway. The runway construction project is expected to be finished by late April.
