Darleen and Chuck moved to Buckeye, Arizona, in 1974 to purchase the Buckeye Airport and operate Triple H Aviation. In 1978, they found their home in Moab to work with Arrowhead helicopters. They later owned and operated Dar-C Truck Plaza and Cattleman’s Restaurant until their retirement.

Darleen was preceded in death by her mother, father and two sisters. She is survived by her husband Charles; sons Terry Lance, Larry (Sharon) Lance, Randy Hassen; daughter Sherry (John) Jackson; nine grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
