The Moab Charter School’s fifth-grade class picked up trash along state Route 128’s Adopt-a-Highway section for the Red Cliffs Lodge on Friday, March 4. The group gathered several 55-gallon bags of trash, as well as lots of larger and heavier items, to raise money for the class trip to Washington, D.C. in May. Red Cliffs Lodge owner Colin Fryer donated $500 to the class for its efforts.
