Dear Editor,
On Tuesday, Oct. 21, the county council agreed in a 6 to 1 vote to sign a contract binding the taxpayers of Grand County to the Seven County Infrastructure Coalition.
No matter how you feel about joining the coalition, it strikes me as extremely unwise to sign a contract that is unclear at best and fatally flawed at worst, against the advice of legal counsel.
Would you sign a binding contract knowing that it is unclear or flawed? I certainly wouldn’t!
