Carroll Lee Clark

Our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend Carroll Lee Clark at age 79 passed away peacefully with his loved ones by his side on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014 in Grand Junction, Colo. It has been a wonderful blessing to have had him in our lives.

Carroll was born August 22, 1934 to Sidney B. and Annie Fay Langston Clark, in Kim, Colorado. He lived in a number of states before settling in Moab. He married Ginger Johnson on December 22, 1954, later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple for time and all eternity. To their union were born four wonderful children: Shane, Terry, Cari, and Kathleen.

He worked in many different jobs, such as driving trucks and doing mill work for Charlie Steen. He was also an electronic technician for the Tooele Army Depot and a farmer. He last worked for the National Parks Service.

He was loved by many as he loved them – He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved his Savior and his family.

Carroll is survived by his wife of 59 years Ginger; three children: Shane, Terry, and Kathleen; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and daughter Cari.

As per his wishes a Graveside Service took place on Feb. 20, 2014 at the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
