Anna Scherer and David Bentley are Grand County High School’s students of the month for January.
Scherer, a senior, is the daughter of Mike Scherer and Cassie Paup.
Bentley, a senior, is the son of Scott Bentley and Leticia Bentley.
The GCHS Student of the Month program is sponsored by the local Elks Lodge.
The students are also recognized by the Rotary Club and Grand County School District Board of Education. The program was started by the Elks to recognize students who are outstanding in the areas of character, leadership, service, citizenship and scholastic performance.
