The 19th Annual Turkey Trot was held on a snowy Saturday, Nov. 23.
The 5K race honored each first place runner in their division with a turkey for Thanksgiving.
Luke Langhorst, who ran in the male age 20 to 34 category, took first place overall with a time of 17.53.
Kevin Walker, who placed first in the male 50-plus category, took second overall with a time of 20.09. Jim Lewis placed third overall, but was able to win a turkey by placing first in the male age 35 to 49 category. David Olsen came in fourth overall with a time of 20.40, but placed first in the human / canine duo category.
Lauren Atkinson placed first for women in general, as well as in the female ages 20 to 34, with time of 21.44.
Cameron Wakefield , who placed first in the male age 15 to 19 category, ran with a time of 23.32. Evan Ellison, earned the fastest time in the male youth ages 14 and younger with a time of 23.38. Shannon Scherer, the fastest female in the age 35 to 49 category, was close on his heels with a time of 23.39.
Emeline Heywood, placed first in the female 14 and younger category with a time of 25.08. Nikysha Harmison, placed first in the female age 15 to 19 category with a time of 33. 34. Andrea French placed first in the female age 50-plus with a time of 33.16.
