The Grand San Juan Association of Realtors (GSJAOR) has presented its third grant to the Moab non-profit organization, Community Rebuilds. The $1,500 grant is made possible through the Utah Association of Realtors Housing Opportunity Fund (UARHOF). Community Rebuilds strives to replace dilapidated homes such as pre-1976 trailers, with energy efficient straw bale homes. GSJAOR trustee for UARHOF Rachel Moody and 2013 GSJAOR President and Sue Shrewsbury present the check to Community Rebuilds director Emily Niehaus, along with the 2013 fall build recipient, Andrea Pelizzari, Community Rebuilds contractor Eric Plourde and the student crew.
