Eighty-seven students from the Class of 2013 will graduate from Grand County High School at 8 p.m., Thursday, May 29. The commencement speaker is Peggy Nissen, who worked for Grand County High School for 32 years, 17 of those years as a guidance counselor. Nissen now sits on the Grand County School Board.
